You will also need:

	Materials to make a temporary eye patch (tissue paper and Scotch tape) or an adhesive eye patch (example here)
	A dollar bill or a ruler (to calibrate the images on your screen)
	Tape measure (to measure the distance the child will sit/stand from the screen)
